The Garden House in Whitstable, Kent sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.
The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and dining seating for six guests and a sitting room with TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a twin, along with a shower room, cloakroom and a first-floor cloakroom. Outside there is a non-enclosed rear garden with gravelled area, decking and furniture, along with off-road parking for two. One well behaved dog welcome, for a supplementary £25 charge. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Note: The Garden House Cottage is adjoined to the main house by a door from the dining zone on one level with mobility-designed back entrance accessible by a ramp for wheelchairs. Note: Off-road parking for 2 cars within the garden and 3 spaces on owner land at the side of the property in Park Avenue
