The space
My lovely 1 bed apartment is located in London's beloved Hampstead, and will be the perfect home away from home for your trip to London! I have one bedroom with ensuite WC (shower is separate), a fully equipped kitchen with separate dining and living area, and the flat features modern interior decor throughout. Last but not least, a large communal rooftop terrace with private access from my flat offering amazing views of London.

The apartment, which is approx. 40m2, is also perfectly located within walking distance of Hampstead Heath, and Hampstead tube station (Northern Line - Black) provides quick and easy access to the rest of the city and itss many more attractions and hot spots.

Fresh hotel quality linen and fluffy towels are provided, together with shower gel and shampoo.

Cleanliness is incredibly important for us and our guests, and even more so now as we all aim to reduce the spread of infection. This is a CLEAN ENTIRE ONE BEDROOM FLAT, our property is cleaned and disinfected after every checkout. We allow a minimum of 24hrs before each reservation to eliminate any risk of exposure.

DURING YOUR STAY

The property is managed by Pass the Keys.

Sofa bed is available, if you are a couple travelling with a kid. Bedding is not included. Please enquire before booking, thank you.

The apartment is in a Victorian building (6 separate flats in total). Please be very considerate of other tenants in the building.

Check-in time is usually after 3pm and check-out time is usually before 11am.

Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys or keys forgotten inside the apartment, so please be careful with them.

In the bedroom, one of the built-in wardrobe doors is not closing smoothly. Please be careful with it.

My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
