Villa Lynx is centrally located in a quiet residential Cul-de-sac with beautiful views over Pinhal golf course. There is a 20-minute easy walk, or five minute taxi ride to Vilamoura marina with its lively atmosphere and night life. The tourist road train which runs round Vilamoura is a five minute walk away.
The villa has been recently upgraded with (4) refurbished bathrooms and (4) redecorated bedrooms (two with en suite bathrooms). All the bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the golf course.
From the entrance hall you enter the large living room with comfortable chairs either for socializing or for watching TV. Adjacent to the living room is the sun terrace with sofa, table and chairs. Sliding glass doors make this an inside/outside space which can be enjoyed whatever the weather. The sun terrace provides access to the 8metre private swimming pool and leisure area.
The outside space of the property is relaxing and comfortable with emphasis on the private pool. There is a barbecue, dining table and chairs to enjoy meals al fresco, a set of sofas to relax in and eight sun loungers to enjoy the sun and the relaxing atmosphere. .
To the right of the entrance hall, is the fully equipped kitchen. This leads through to the dining room with its eight-seat dining table.
Also on the ground floor is the garage which has been furnished with a newly refurbished pool table. To the side of the garage is the utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Also leading off the entrance hall is the staircase giving access to the recently redecorated bedrooms.
The first bedroom with en-suite bathroom is on the intermediate floor, on the first floor there are three further bedrooms. All rooms have balconies with great views over Pinhal golf course and provide a relaxing environment.

All of our self catering villas and apartments have a Municipal Rental Licence (AL) which includes fire safety equipment and electricity and gas inspection. IMPORTANT: Check in from 16:00h until 18:00h. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed by CleverDetails. There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 18:00h: between 18:00h and 24:00h - 35 euros; between 24:00h and 01:00h - 50 euros; between 01:00h and 09:00h - 100 euros (subject to availability).
