Unique tiny house within own grounds. Ideal village location with sea/hill views
This former Coastguard Station was converted and refurbished by us in 2021. It stands in it's own plot and has an elevated position overlooking Lochinver. It has views over the bay and towards the iconic mountain of Suilven. It is a small building which packs a lot in, with a mezzanine bedroom and well equipped kitchen along with a Suilven view dining area. A picture window in the lounge area gives views out to the sea. There is an excellent shower room with a heated floor and laundry facilities in the garage. There is also a drying area in the garage with a boot dryer. There is an outside seating/dining area. The garage would also provide secure storage for 1 or 2 motorcycles or cycles. Cars can be parked on the drive beside the building.
