It is a beautiful semi-detached house with a private street, which is located on the second line of the beach, a two-minute walk from the area of restaurants and supermarkets. The house is distributed: Ground floor, living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and patio-terrace. Upper floor, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them en suite) and terrace. The urbanization has two community pools and a huge garden. Swimming pool open in summer (Ask for opening and closing dates of the pool) The water, electricity, internet and community bills will be borne by the tenant for long winter stays. La estancia en la casa ha sido muy agradable y cómoda, para toda mi familia: por la ubicación, ...

La estancia en la casa ha sido muy agradable y cómoda, para toda mi familia: por la ubicación, cercanía de la playa y zona de ocio ;tamaño de la vivienda, con tres baños y patio ;con su equipamiento, sus instalaciones, incluida la piscina; así como la de la Carmen que nos recibió a la llegada para la entrega de llaves, muy atenta, incluso dejándonos fruta y botellas de agua, lo cual es de agradecer. Destacaría también la limpieza de la casa y el que se permitan mascotas.En definitiva, para repetir la estancia en otra ocasión.

En general nos gusto mucho todo. Nos gustó la ubicación, la tranquilidad de la zona, lo amplio que es la casa, el precioso patio, el estilo de los muebles, acogedor, la acogida de la señora que nos dio las llaves que es un amor, el detalle de la fruta al llegar, las rápidas respuestas a nuestras dudas. La limpieza..La facilidad de aparcamiento. Hay aire acondicionado en casa habitación, y es magnífico.
