Très beau chalet !

Nous sommes ravis de notre semaine dans cette location, propriétaire très sympathique et toujours à l’écoute. Le chalet est beau avec une ambiance chaleureuse, il possède toutes les prestations pour passer une belle semaine de vacances en famille ou entre amis.

Great location

Great location, about 8 kms from Annecy. Nice and quiet, very clean and comfortable, lovely pool. Annick very accommodating as we changed our holiday dates twice due to covid. Very close to shops. Would come again.

A beautiful, comfortable chalet!

Very clean, well-equipped, new but with lots of traditional touches, this is a really lovely chalet. Very convenient for Thônes and for the mountains, we’d love to stay again.

Excellent séjour, le temps étant aussi de la partie nous avons profité un Max de l’extérieur et d’une piscine bien chaude L’intérieur est exactement comme décrit et très complet Je recommande vivement le lieu et situé au calme mais proche de tout Si nous revenons dans la région, nous avons déjà la bonne adresse 👌

Great place to stay with the family

Nice, clean house with 3 lovely bedrooms on the edge of the nice little town of Thones. Travel bed for baby available. Great garden, pool and parking at the house and a perfect location to explore the wonderful area. The ad states 1 small animal is allowed at request; we asked if it was OK to bring our labradoodle (mid-large dog), which was no problem!

Un chalet superbe et très bien équipé !

Tout était parfait pour nous lors de ce séjour il ne manque rien les lits sont confortables la piscine à 29 degrés le jardin immense la piece a vivre grande et agréable. Et la propriétaire était charmante lors de nos échanges téléphoniques : merci !

Prima vakantiewoning

Mooie vakantiewoning op wandelafstand van het centrum van Thônes. Prima uitvalsbasis om te fietsen in de buurt of de streek met de auto te verkennen. Alles was zoals beschreven. Het overdekte zwembad is echt een pluspunt. We hadden een prima verblijf!!

Séjour magnifique et plaisant *****

Rien à dire, tout est parfait : de A à Z. Le séjour a été très agréable : l’accueil de notre hôte a été impeccable, le chalet est très confortable, cosy, très bien aménagé (avec une cuisine limite Pro ), avec une jolie terrasse et une superbe piscine chauffée qui rend le séjour exceptionnel et sympathique. Sans oublié la rivière qui traverse le jardin de la maison qui rajoute un charme authentique au séjour. Mes enfants ont adorés les 10 jours passés au chalet...on y reviendra sans faute :) Youness

Fijn huis, van alle gemakken voorzien, goede bedden.

Prima huis voor een goede wintersportvakantie. We hebben geskied in La Clusaz en Le grand Bornand (wat beter voor beginners). Op het eind van de skidag wel wat file-rijden het dal uit. Mooie supermarkt in de buurt. Het huis is prettig en ruim, alleen de badkamerindeling is niet zo handig. Slaapkamer boven is één ruimte met de badkamer. Wij waren met 2 gezinnen en nummer 7 en 8 slapen op een slaapbank boven op een soort vide, dat is prima voor kinderen. De slaapkamer beneden rook soms wat muf. De wifi is niet sterk genoeg voor 8 telefoons ;-) Prettige communicatie met eigenaar en contact ter plekke.

très beau chalet superbement décoré, proche du village.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce chalet chaleureux et décoré avec un sens artistique avéré. le séjour-salon est une pièce lumineuse et agréable à vivre. les chambres sont parfaites, la terrasse au top. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et dotée de tous les équipements dont on peut avoir besoin. Le village de Thones, plein de charme, est animé surtout à cette période de fêtes de fin d'année. Les stations des Aravis sont proches . Merci à Mme Durocher pour ce séjour qui nous a enchanté.

Très jolie chalet avec piscine dans un très bel environnement.

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans ce chalet au calme avec vue sur les montagne. Très beau jardin qui a ravi nos enfants et la piscine couverte et chauffé a été très apprécié en ce mois de septembre. Le chalet en lui même est spatieux, très bien équipé et très jolie. A proximité d'Annecy nous avons pu faire de nombreuses randonnés situées a proximité. Pour faire court, nous avons passé un excellent séjour que je recommande sans soucis.

Séjour de grande qualité

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine aidée par une météo très agréable. Le chalet est parfaitement équipé et très bien décoré. Le site est d'une tranquilité remarquable avec des paysages à couper le souffle. Les commerçants alentour sont aussi d'une grande convivialité, ce qui ajoute à la qualité du séjour. Une adresse que nous remettrons l'année prochaine avec plaisir dans le GPS ;-))

Magnifiques vacances

Nous avons passé 2 magnifiques semaines dans ce joli chalet avec toutes les commodités. La piscine est superbe et nous avons pu en profiter pleinement . La vue du jardin sur la montagne est tout simplement splendide. Nous avons fort apprécié l'aménagement du chalet : le rez-de-chaussée avec un hall d'entrée très pratique, la salle de séjour et la cuisine très complète sont fort agréables. La machine à laver et le séchoir sont situés au WC, mais cela ne gêne pas du tout. La chambre du rez-de-chaussée était plus petite que ce que l'on pouvait imaginer sur les photos, mais certainement grande assez pour y dormir. L'étage avec les deux autres chambres et la 2ème salle de séjour sont également très agréables. Nous avons juste été un peu surpris que la salle de bain de l'étage se situe dans l'une des chambres, mais cela ne nous a pas gêné outre mesure. Le chalet est situé dans une rue sans issue et il y fait donc très calme. Le centre de Thônes est tout proche avec d'excellents commerces. La magnifique ville d'Annecy, dont nous sommes tous tombés amoureux, est à 20 à 30 minutes en voiture de la maison. Je vous conseille vivement le restaurant "1er Mets" à Annecy et ne ratez pas vos achats de délicieux fromages à Thônes au Farto (coopérative de reblochon). Bref, nous avons passé de super vacances dans cette magnifique région et je recommande sans aucune hésitation ce beau chalet.

Huis Thones

Nette verzorgde en geriefelijke woning, verzorgd zwembad en tuin. Voor mij een woning voor 4 om het goed te benutten. Slaapkamer met badkamer boven (tip) doe de grote zetel eruit en zet een 1zitje of een kleine dressoir. Vervang het bad door een douchecel en maak een afscheiding tussen badkamer en slaapkamer zodat het geen open toilet is. Toilet verzetten zodat je je niet moet bukken onder de balk om er gebruik van te maken. Een aparte toilet op de 1ste verdieping zou fijn zijn voor de 3de slaapkamer zodat zij niet door de andere slaapkamer moeten stappen of naar beneden gaan. In de benedentoilet/wasruimte de deur van de droogkast keren zodat ze vlot open kan.
