NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).

- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be collected as a payment by credit card, Revolut, cash or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.

- Please note that there is a city tax - Tourist Tax:
Between the dates of 1st November and 31st March - of EUR 1 per person, per night, which is not included in the total price and must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 7 per guest.
Between 1st April and 30th October - EUR 2 per person, per night, not included in the total price and payable on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 14 per guest.

- The costs for water, electricity and gas consumptions (if applicable), are included within the normal parameters of a conscious use (60EUR for 30 days booking).
Counts are taken at the entrance and exit to calculate consumption for the booking period in question (if different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the amount included will have to be settled by the guests to Nuris2u.
If the excess is not paid, the company reserves the right to deduct the amount of the deposit.
