Nice little house where we promise that you will have a pleasant stay. The house is composed of a charming private garden, large terrace with sea views where you can enjoy a pleasant contact with the sun, living-dining room with TV, equipped kitchen (washing machine), double bedroom with large and comfortable bed with TV and access to the terrace, bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom and tea or shade area at the back of the house.
It has communal services such as several swimming pools, restaurant, supermarket, bus service to Nerja in front of the house, large garden areas, etc.
Prices include:
- 10% VAT.
- Cleaning and preparation once a week.
- Extra set of towels per person.
- Electricity, hot water and heating (except long season).
- Use and enjoyment of the swimming pools when open, gardens and other communal services.
- Free Wifi Internet access.
