Fantastic apartment 1km from the beach
Magnificent apartment 10 minutes walk from the beaches. With 3 bedrooms and a terrace to the south in a strategic area due to its proximity to both the city center and beaches. Free parking in the area, public transport, supermarkets, restaurants... The house is very functional, has an elevator and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in Santander. Equipped with Smart TV and dishwasher. The bathroom under renovation has been brand new since June.
