About this property
Millies Holiday Home
This 4 bedroom detached home is beautufully decorated and furnished to a high standard throughout and will not disappoint.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and has the additions of a wine cooler, coffee machine and a filtered water tap. A double oven and large fridge freezer compliments the high standard we have acheived with our property. The rear garden can be accessed through the side door.
The space
Playroom - which boasts a full size pool table, bar football table and a full size arcade game that will keep the children (and adults) entertained for hours.
Lounge through Dining Room - which is modern and comfortable with a full length media wall housing a 55" Smart TV, Modern fire place and soft lighting. Into the dining room where again you will find a modern table with knocker back chairs. The rear garden can be accessed through the patio doors.
Outside we have childrens play equipment, a large decking area with the added facility of a beautiful wood burning hot tub.
The first floor:-
Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with a king size bed and has been decorated and furnished to a high standard. This room as an en-suite comprising, shower, wc, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2 - King size bed (which can be re-arranged into a twin)
Bedroom 3 - Twin room - currently set up as a single, but can be twin or small double.
Bedroom 4 - Single
Main Bathroom - Beautiful stand alone bath with telephone style taps and shower and silver claw feet, wc, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
We have tried to include as many little luxuries as possible, and these include:-
Indoor towels (Bath / hand)
Outdoor towels (Hot Tub)
Hair dryer and Hair straighteners to bedrooms 1 and 2
Each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash and hand lotion.
A welcome basket is provided for your arrival.

Guest access
Guests can access the whole of the property, and can request the setting up of the Hot Tub for small fee in the knowledge that when they arrive, they don't have to spend time heating the hot tub, and can take advantage immediately.
Other things to note
1. No Smoking in or around the property
2. This is a residential area we therefore ask that you respect the quiet times of 8pm to 9am
3. Please be courtous to our neighbours
4. Please do not remove towels from the property
5. Please recycle where possible and place all rubbish in the bins provided
