The living areas in this single-storey property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and 2-ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster, a dining area with seating for two guests and a sitting area with TV and sofa bed. There is a double bedroom with TV, along with a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, decking, furniture, barbecue, and hot tub, as well as off-road parking for one car. Within 7.4 miles you will find a shop and within 7.2 miles, a pub and please note that this is a dog-free and non-smoking property.
