Jardín Del Mediterráneo
A beautiful, newly reformed two bedroom apartment in the perfectly located community of Jardín Del Mediterráneo, set just meters from the beach in the heart of Marbella’s fabulous Golden Mile. Guests will enjoy expansive landscaped tropical gardens full of trees and flowers, two swimming pools and a lovely open reception area with helpful staff.
Jardín Del Mediterráneo is close to everything; Puerto Banus and Marbella Town are within walking distance along the beachfront, and no more than seven minutes away by car, the famous Puente Romano Hotel and Spa is around a mile away and here you can dine in a choice of seven different amazing restaurants, two of which are Michelin starred. There are dozens of less exclusive but nevertheless excellent restaurants within a few minutes’ drive and shops and supermarkets are all close by.
The property is managed on behalf of the owners by Finest Rentals. We are a family business with great reviews across a wide range of holiday rental portals so guests are assured of top quality service and an excellent experience.
This well presented and newly redecorated east facing apartment has everything you would need for a perfect relaxing holiday. The accommodation is on one level with an entrance hall that leads into the open, American style kitchen, which is fully equipped that has everything you could possibly need, even down to a Nespresso coffee machine. This opens onto the dining area and the well-appointed and luxurious lounge.
From the lounge there is access to an east-facing terrace with glass curtains which can be open for the warmth or closed if it’s windy. There is one twin bedroom which shares a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom
There is secure parking in the underground garage. The property has a brand new flat screen and you have the choice of over one thousand TV Channels in almost every language, and includes BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets. We also provide fast and free Wifi with speeds of up to 300mb and unlimited downloads.
Guests staying for more than a week will be entitled to a free clean and mid-stay towel and bed linen change. By prior arrangement, and at an additional cost this can be arranged more frequently if required. We can also provide maid's service and arrange catering for you in the property. One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything (we all live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet.

Please be aware that, at present, due to a drought in the south of Spain, the regional government of Andalucia have imposed restrictions on pool filling and openings and as such guests are prohibited from using the pool and shower/communal toilet facilities until further notice. These measures are being reviewed every two weeks, and we hope and expect that by the summer the pool will reopen.
