2 bedroom, 2 bathroom completely renovated, very bright and spacious second floor apartment.This first floor apartment is spacious and sunny and the roof terrace offers 360 degree panoramic views of the surrounding area and out over the Mediterranean. There is also a good size terrace from the lounge and a further small terrace that can be accessed from the kitchen and smaller bedroom.
Air Conditioning / Heating throughout, the property has recently undergone a total refresh with brand new Scandinavian-style furnishings. This property has free WIFI and a smart TV.

A beautiful free-form pool forms the centre-piece of this popular complex. Surrounded by lovely manicured gardens Antares is a much sought after complex and is visited year after year by happy returning holiday-makers.
Normally the swimming pool on Antares is officially closed during the period - mid-October to mid-May. From 15th May to 15th October the pool is open when a lifeguard is present - times vary month to month.
All amenities are a pleasant fifteen minute walk away and there is a local bar just a few minutes' walk away. Great choice for all age groups.

THIS PROPERTY DOES ALLOW DOGS- Please be aware that there will be an extra €20.00 added at point of booking.
IMPORTANT- there will also be an additional €200 added to the existing damage deposit. This will be taken automatically with your final balance payment, 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. The €200 damage deposit for the dog, plus the existing damage deposit cost, will be returned to you within 14 days of your check out date. Subject to a satisfactory property inspection.

As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates.

In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more.

Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.

Additional person supplement 75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
A €50 booking fee is payable on each booking.

Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €20 for a 1 bedroom property, €40 for a 2 bedroom property and €60 for a 3 bedroom property.
A cleaning surcharge is applied at the time of booking.

Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details.

Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.

Nicely refurbed in summer 2023. Nicely equipped. Nice quiet location in good area of Calahonda. In a block of 14 units with 5/6 parking spaces behind secure electric gates. More parking on the road outside. Aircon brand new and very effective. Excellent internet. Good TV. Only one flight of stairs. Living - dining area is about 50' (15m) long but only has 2 x 3W wall lighters, so too dark to see food or buttons on tv remote. Nice designer kettle needs large hob burner on full. Takes twice as long to boil as normal electric kettle and hob gives off heat for another 15 minutes. OK in winter but energy wasteful in hot weather. These are very minor points - overall this is a brilliant apartment. Surprised one night, returning from dinner & coming through the woods valley just before your offices when a full size wild boar ran across the road in front of us !
