The villa is a terraced head and is located on the ground floor with a nice free garden on three sides, located in Via dei Tulipani, very close to the beach (about 100mt). It has a double bedroom, bedroom with three beds (three single beds, with the possibility of joining them to form a double bed and a single bed), a bathroom, living room with kitchenette, veranda and garden. The villa has just been renovated. And there are also air conditioning, washing machine, oven, tv, barbecue, outdoor shower, private parking.
