The La Latina neighbourhood is one of the most charming and lively areas of Madrid thanks to its narrow streets, typical of its origins as a medieval Islamic fortress, with numerous tapas bars and taverns. Two of the most tourist-friendly spots in this area are the Royal Basilica of San Francisco el Grande, with works by Goya, and the Church of San Pedro el Viejo, which has a Mudéjar tower. On Sundays, both the El Rastro flea market and the cafes and food stalls are filled with visitors. Steeped in culture and history, the Madrid of the Habsburgs is the oldest and most traditional neighbourhood in the city.

Although the apartment is located in a lively area, full of services, bars, restaurants and theatres, it enjoys a peaceful and quiet atmosphere thanks to the good insulation of the building and its location in the interior of the building.

The Apartment:
The best choice between comfort and location. Comfortable, cosy and with perfect lighting, this apartment in the Madrid of the Habsburgs invites you to stay as soon as you enter. It is located on the second floor of a residential building.
The apartment has three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. Two of the three bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom has 2 single beds.
The living room area, which also incorporates the dining room for an open and comfortable space, has a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a double bed if necessary, a Smart TV and a pleasant decor that invites you to relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave and other appliances.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning only in the living room.
Central heating schedule (only during the winter months of November-May) from 1pm to 11pm.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment\'s boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on your phone to access the apartment.

Accessing the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access for road traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
