Good place to stay, perfect to reach all places in London in short time.
Broken shutter has been repaired within 24h, but no hot water all the time- just hand-hot. This is why only 3 of 5 stars.

Disliked: Location
Convenient to Camden too basic
This property is good if you like the bustle and noise of Camden because it's in the heart of it. Just steps to the market. It is top floor and has a lengthy porch accessible from all three bedrooms. It is helpful there are two bathrooms. If you plan to go out for eating it may suit you.
I would not recommend for summer months (it has no AC, ceiling fans or door screens) because being at the top we baked inside. We had to sleep with doors open, but the outside noise was constant until 4am and started up again at 7am. The pub across the street had open mic until 11am.
It has zero charm and maintenance issues were present. We could not lock the porch doors, so anyone on the roof or climbing onto the porch could walk right in. (Where I live people do that so it seems negligent)
The built-in fridge was broken, but a dorm-style small fridge was provided. It holds few groceries and no leftovers. It was minimally stocked for cooking and eating, so we had to do dishes immediately after each meal. It's not a good apartment to cook at home in currently, but there is kitchen space and counter space so could be resolved by owner.
I would not recommend for work because internet was too slow for zooms.
I would not recommend the location for families with children because cross street has halfway houses. Daily walked past its drunk inhabitants and twice in 7 days watched those residents steal from grocery stores and get caught. Not the fault of the apartment, but location a bit dicey.
