Set in several acres in the tranquil rural region of Deux Sevres, the La Chataigneraie Estate is named after the beautiful chestnut tree on the main lawn. The airy 1920s farmhouse has been lovingly renovated in 2023 with a new open plan kitchen and converted barn. Deceptively spacious, the house has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 10 including a large 'kids' room with 4 single beds and play space. With open plan downstairs, large kitchen island, TV, pool table games room, vaulted barn, outside dining area & swimming pool, Sakura provides a rustic, restful and magical holiday home.
