Location, location, location! This home is located in desirable Mt. Pleasant 5 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from downtown Charleston. Shops, restaurants, grocery store, and Target less are than a mile away. The county park is 10 minutes away with a great water park for the kids, biking on shaded trails, and fishing. We are also 15 minutes away from Shipyard Park for those coming to town for baseball tournaments.

The house is well furnished for up to six guests with one king, one queen, and two twin beds. The kitchen and bathrooms have recently been updated. In the evenings enjoy winding down on the screened in back porch. The house is perfect for a family vacation or a quick getaway at an affordable rate. Did I mention the location? You may also rent for extended periods at a discounted monthly rate.

Love this place!

We stayed here for a week in August and were very happy with the property. Extremely clean and spacious with comfortable beds in a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach in one direction and our daughter's house in the other. Very good communication with the owner. We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed our stay

The house was as described in the listing. All the basics (TP, Toweling, detergent, etc.) were provided. Location is excellent - 10 mins to Sullivans Island Beach and 20 to Isle of Palms plus many restaurant & shopping options. House is older (obvious by bathrooms, ceilings, porch, cabinets & drawers) but still very comfortable. Communication with host was very responsive.

Great Location

Older home in a quiet neighborhood and a great location for our needs. Owner responsive to issues after my husband and I couldn't get hot water for our showers. I suggest the owner purchase new sheets for the back bedroom. The dark sheets on the bed had huge bleach spots all over them which is not an attractive feature. We didn't cook at all while there but I did notice there are a lot of pots and pans, however, not many spoons. There is only one television in the home.

Charleston Vacation

The house we stayed in was extremely clean and comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to major attractions as well as stores and shops. We appreciated the washer and dryer and the abundance of towels. Beach chairs were provided for our trip to Isle of Palms beach. We thank our gracious host for all the amenities and for his quick response to a minor cable problem.

Close to Isle of Palms

We were in town for a family reunion on Isle of Palms and this location was perfect! It was a short drive to all Mount Pleasant has to offer as well as Charleston. The home was exactly as pictured. Wish we could have enjoyed the screened in porch, but we preferred the air conditioning with temps in the 90s. House was very clean and neighborhood well maintained.

We enjoyed our stay overall, the house was just what we needed and beds were very comfortable. A couple of suggestions, would have liked to have TV’s in at least of the bedrooms and not just the den. Also needed some more silverware, especially spoons.

Had a wonderful time in Charleston this weekend and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Mount Pleasant is an awesome area, and downtown is only 15 minutes away. Paul was a great host as well! 10/10 all around!

Cozy and Comfortable House near all Charleston Attractions

The house was clean, comfortable well supplied with towels and paper products. Loved the YouTube TV and watched games of March Madness. The location on Mt Pleasant was very convenient to visiting Boone Hall Plantation, Magnolia Gardens, Patriots Point, and certainly all the attractions in Charleston. The house is also a short ride to the beach on Isle of Palms. Shopping and Restaurants were nearby as well. We highly recommend this house to those vacationing in the Charleston area.
