The chalet is located just minutes from the famous Aiguille du Midi and the beautiful Lac des Gaillands for those who want to enjoy the convenience of skiing or hiking in the Alps. Back at the chalet, guests can relax in the hammam or sauna after a busy day outdoors.

Inside, the chalet has a large, open and stylish living space that can accommodate everyone comfortably. There\'s a separate lounge area, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen for your stay. A coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, raclette machine, wine cellar and fondue machine are all at your disposal.

This Chamonix holiday rental enjoys a peaceful, leafy location, with excellent access to all of Chamonix\'s amenities (bars, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets), the Aiguille du Midi ski lift and the serene Lac des Gaillands with the Accro Adventure Park, all within a 10-20 minute walk. The Mont Blanc-Chamonix train station (the Mont Blanc Express offers free rail services throughout the Chamonix valley) is a 5-minute drive away.
