Welcome to this gorgeous house on the east side of Brighton. This property is great for big groups of people, or families due to its enormous space. Numerous rooms that are very spacious, a lovely garden and modern amenities. It's a great place to reside when visiting such a diverse and amazing city. Driveway parking for 3 vehicles and free off road parking.

A gorgeous space in the property that has great 360 views of beautiful Brighton scenary. Equipped with a super king sized bed that is incredibly comfy, as well as a great amount of storage space for your belongings.
Second bedroom:
Another huge bedroom that also has a just as comfortable super king sized bed. You also get lush views and great natural light. Well equipped with great storage space.
Third bedroom:
The smaller of the three bedrooms, this one has a double bed but not to worry, like all other bedrooms the bed is extremely comfortable. Also with great room for your stuff.
Living room:
A huge space that is great for relaxing and/or socialising depending on the size of your group and has a 75inch Samsung TV. You have the kitchen adjacent as well as a huge garden that can be accessed via the patio doors. You also have two double sofa beds that can be pulled out from the main sofas.
Kitchen:
A sleek and modern kitchen that would make any cook be more than happy with. You have a sociable sized island in the middle for all meals of the day, plus everything you need in the cupboards to whip up meals for no matter how many people come to stay. The kitchen has quartz worktops and splash backs with an ancient tile from the throne room at palace of Kensington set within, plus all window sills throughout are solid marble .

A stunning open space, that is beautiful in the summer. You have outdoor furniture that has room for plenty.
