The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for three guests and a sitting area with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a mezzanine-style double and a ground-floor king-size,along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, as well as a front patio and off-road parking for two cars. Within 3.9 miles you will find a shop and within 3.7 miles, a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Hay Loft is a lovely home for your next getaway in Cumbria. Note: No children under the age of 12 years.
