Nice 30m² apartment fully equipped in the heart of Samoens place with private covered parking, local skiing and bike room. Calm residence.
Input: Bunk beds. Bathroom and WC closed and separated.

Top: double room + TV area with sofa bed 2 places.

Ideal for 2-5 person.

Appartement très propre, petit comme indiqué dans l'annonce mais très bien placé. A proximité de tous les commerces et du centre ville. Nombreuses activités dans la région. Super séjour.

appartement bruyant et non rénové

Très grosse déception. L'annonce précisait que l'appartement était rénové et calme, 2 promesses non tenues. L'appartement est en bordure de la route menant à Sixt Fer à cheval, très passante, avec au pied de l'immeuble 2 parking d'où un bruit permanent très pénible en été fenêtres ouvertes. L'appartement est entretenu mais il n'est pas rénové. Sa conception est ancienne, manque réel de confort (aucun siège confortable), rangement absents ou mal conçus, peintures écaillées, électricité obsolète (manque de prises, éclairage de la SDB,...), mobilier extérieur bon pour la décharge, etc... Dans son état actuel, mauvais rapport qualité prix

Pas de neige avant 1500m appartement très bien situé mais aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement Peinture porte intérieur balcon chaise du balcon. Canapé lit très inconfortable pour visionner la télévision. Miroir s.d.b. Trop bas. Bon séjour.

Bon appart ! Quelques détails à prendre en compte.

A savoir : les deux lits du haut (mezzanine) sont séparées par une cloison amovible (et bruyante quand on la déplace). L'espace avec le lit gigogne n'est PAS cloisonné par rapport à l'escalier et donc au salon de rez-de-chaussée. C'est donc compliqué d'y placer un bébé (qui se couche plus tôt que les autres). D'autant plus que le velux (qui donne sur cet espace) a été réparé avec les moyens du bord et laisse donc passer la lumière le matin. A savoir également : la terrasse est exposée de telle façon que le soleil donne rarement dessus (en fin de journée en fait). A part ça, RAS !

Superbe semaine en famille!

L’appartement est très bien agencé et placé. L’équipement essentiel y est. Le matelas du lit à l’étage est un peu dur. On y a passé une superbe semaine à 4!

Emplacement idéal

Emplacement idéal proche centre ville, ski bus, télécabine... Appartement conforme à l'annonce.. un bon coup de rajeunissement serait le bienvenu..avec l ajout d étagères dans la pièce de vie ainsi qu un miroir dans la chambre ... Des petits détails ..mais qui ont leur importance dans les petites surfaces ..Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette jolie station authentique et animée.. !

Appartement nécessitant rénovation complète

Habitués à séjourner à Samoëns, l'appartement est très bien situé, par rapport aux remontées pour le domaine skiable et par rapport au centre du village. Il nécessite cependant une rénovation complète au niveau des sanitaires et de la cuisine. Nous ne nous sommes pas sentis très à l'aise dans ce logement à cause de la vétusté générale et de la propreté de la vaisselle, les ustensiles de cuisine usagés (poêles à revêtement téflon inutilisables, poêlons de l'appareil à raclette également très abimés et sales), vis dangereuses pour les pieds sur le parquet devant la salle de bain, lunette des WC très abimée,.... Il y a pourtant un gros potentiel pour ce logement !!!

Location à proximité du centre et des commerces. Stationnement facile. Résidence calme. Logement qui mériterait un rafraîchissement dans sa globalité, surtout la salle de bain quelques, quelques équipements à changer et à compléter.

Tout etait selon nos attentes. Appart parfait pour une semaine à la neige avec 2 grands et 2 petits. Météo et neige excellente. Tres bon accueil. A refaire l an prochain.
