This detached, refurbished villa is located in Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard, only 1 km. from the lovely, sandy beach of the North Sea coast. The villa has two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a living room and an open kitchen with appliances such as a combination microwave and a dishwasher. There is also a double bedroom with TV, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet in the hall. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms, two of which sleep up to 3 persons and one for 2 persons. There is also a second bathroom with a bath or shower and a wonderful traditional sauna. Perfect for complete relaxation. On the hallway, you have a separate toilet at your disposal. All the beds are 1-person box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed, or used separately in a twin-room setup. A storage room completes the whole. Outside there is a spacious garden with terrace and garden furniture. The villa has parking space for at least two cars. Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard offers a range of villas for four to sixteen people.
