Restyled villa for three families near sea

This detached, restyled villa is located at the North Sea Résidence Cadzand-Bad, a mere 400 m from the North Sea beach and 13 km from the well-known, cosy Belgian seaside resort of Knokke. The villa is located on the outer edge of the holiday park and consists of three separate, semi-detached and fully furnished holiday homes (in a three-under-one-roof design). Connecting doors between the homes are on the ground floor only. The perfect solution if you want to enjoy a holiday with three families but don't need to be together all the time. The shared front door leads to a hall with the front doors of the individual homes. On the ground floor, each home has a living room with a TV and an open plan kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal. On the first floor of each home you'll find two bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds that can be set up as a double bed. In one of the bedrooms, there is an extra single bed in the "tower". Through this bedroom, you can reach the second floor with the seventh bedroom. The tower room, with a single bed. There is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet on the landing. In total there are seven bedrooms, three bathrooms and six toilets. There is enough space for a cot in two of the bedrooms. There are three portable cots, high chairs, children's baths and playpens available. There is also a stair gate on the upper floor. The power points are covered and there is one camp cart available. Two storage rooms, a washing machine and a dryer complete your accommodation. The patio doors open onto the gardens, which feature a terrace with garden furniture. The entire garden surrounding the villa is fenced. The villa offers parking for four cars. At Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad there are various villas for rent for four to sixteen people.
