The apartment is modern with all you need of equipment as various kitchen appliances and outdoor furniture with 2 loungers. On the partly covered balcony you can enjoy the surrounding nature or cook on the barbecue. There is a small balcony with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sunrise. There is a shared shed for storing bicycles, etc.
