Holiday apartment located in the eastern part of the main building on a country estate in Østermarie. The apartment contains an entrance hall, large kitchen with dining area and exit to the terrace overlooking the garden that goes down to the creek. Owner lives in the other part of the main building. The dining kitchen and living room are separated by beautiful French doors. The living room has a wood burning stove, a cozy sofa arrangement and a double bed. Dining kitchen and living room face south. To the north is the bathroom and bedroom with double bed. The holiday apartment is located in beautiful rural surroundings. Owner's horses walk on the loops around the property. The large garden is the owner's, but can be used by agreement with the owner. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
