This well-appointed holiday cottage simply offers what the heart desires of activities and opportunities for development. The house is very spacious and well dimensioned with e.g. the activity room, where you can get a match on the pool table and then a game of table tennis. There is also table football, darts and a bar. The amenities also consider the small holiday guests with PlayStation2 and PlayStation3. Outside there is also a sandpit, slide and swings. Dining/living room is tastefully furnished with stereo with CD player, flat-screen TV, high chair for the youngest, lounge area and wood-burning stove. The house has 7 bedrooms. In addition, 1 large and spacious sleeping mezzanine. Box mattresses in all rooms and on the mezzanine plus 2 cots and 4 high chairs. There are 3 bathrooms, all with underfloor heating. Swimming pool with slide for the kids. For pure relaxation there is a whirlpool for 4-6 people and a sauna located in the pool room. Large, open terrace, covered terrace and petanque court. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the listed prices. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
