The cottage is furnished with kitchen-dining room / living room with access to a covered terrace. There is an energy-saving heat pump and three good bedrooms, one of which is an annexe. On the plot there is the opportunity to find shelter, sun and view the fascinating wildlife and nature. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in quiet and scenic surroundings that invite to coziness and pure relaxation. There are swings and sandbox for the kids.
