The ground floor has a semi open plan kitchen/ living area and separate bathroom with wc. shower and wash hand basin. The spacious living room has two comfortable sofas, an armchair, satellite, LCD TV, air conditioner, coffee table and a open fireplace. Doors from here lead directly out to the pool terrace.
