The house is best entered from the rear, the slate floors add that authentic character touch. On this level you have the family bathroom, a utility room with your dishwasher, washing machine a microwave and the wine cooler. The kitchen has an eating area and has been updated to maintain the charm of the property. Trebarwith Strand, famous for its surf and the Port William pub sitting above the beach, is only three miles away with Port Isaac, the home of Doc Martin, also only a short drive away. The excitement of surfing can be found at Polzeath and Rock along with a choice of fantastic eateries.
