About this property
Giorgi Homes - Erbosa Duplex by Wonderful Italy
Beautiful apartment located on the ground floor of a building without an elevator, a stone's throw from the renowned "Villa Erbosa" clinic, and perfectly connected to the center and the central station by bus.
The house, spread over two levels, opens onto a living area furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining table, a Smart TV and an American kitchen with an oven and everything needed for cooking.
In the same room are two doors from which you can access the bathroom with shower and washing machine, and the bedroom featuring a queen-size bed and an equipped balcony that overlooks a small private courtyard.
A staircase with glass handrail, leads to the mezzanine where there is a second queen-size bed and a large closet.
At guests' disposal are heating and air conditioning, the latter available only in the living room.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
We also offer our guests authentic experiences to live in contact with the locals. If interested, contact us and we will be happy to help you create your perfect holiday discovering the beauties of Italy.
Bologna, known as the "Dotta" because it is the seat of the oldest university in the West, the "Grassa" for its excellent food and wine and the "Rossa" colour that characterises the historic centre, is a wonderful city of art, culture and commerce. Its soul lies in its medieval historical centre, which is among the largest in Europe and full of taverns, shops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 km of arcades. In the historical centre is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of the medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are Giambologna's Neptune Fountain and the Medieval Towers, the Asinelli and the Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in the numerous museums, galleries and religious buildings. It is impossible to leave Bologna without tasting its food and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla Bolognese accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna is a city that can surprise all year round.
The central train station is less than 15 minutes away by car, while the airport can be reached in 7 minutes.
