Viens is a thousand-year-old hilltop village surrounded by magnificent scenery (the Luberon massif, the Opedette gorges).
This house sleeps 8 people and is a 5-minute walk from the village centre, bakery, grocery shop, restaurants, ice-cream parlour and honey factory.
This detached house has a large plot of 4000m2, a 12x4m swimming pool with views of the Luberon massif, an underfloor cooling system and an authentic Provencal Borie.
- Inside
When you walk through the front door, you are struck by the beautiful proportions of the rooms, the high ceilings and the large windows opening onto the outside.
* Grand salon: This is the ultimate space for relaxing and entertaining. It stretches from the front to the back of the house and overlooks the garden and pool on three sides. It is furnished with large designer sofas, perfect for relaxing, a library and a 65-inch smart TV.
* Dining room: This can seat at least 10 people and overlooks the garden.
* The kitchen is well equipped with all the cooking equipment you could need, including an oven, induction hob, large fridge-freezer, coffee bean machine, microwave, food processor and toaster.
It also has a central island, ideal for enjoying an aperitif while cooking, and adjoining this room is a French window overlooking the garden/pool and shaded terrace, perfect for serving meals al fresco.
* Work area: an office off the living area gives you plenty of space for quiet moments, and the house is equipped with wifi.
* Laundry room: this room is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
* Separate WC: A WC for the ground floor.

* Bedroom 4: This is a double room with 2 single beds (90cm) or a large double bed (180cm). There is a large glass wardrobe for storage and armchairs under the window.

The garden is 4000 m2, giving plenty of space to explore and play. You enter through an electric gate and drive down to the shaded parking area adjoining the house, there is parking here and to the side of the house for at least 4 cars.
The pool and terrace are the jewels of this beautiful house. The pool terrace is an ideal place to enjoy the sun and the view. It is equipped with sun loungers and armchairs. The pool measures 12 m x 4 m and offers views of the Luberon valley while swimming.
On the terrace there is a shaded area with a table for 8-10 people and a gas barbecue.
To the side of the house, there's a boulodrome for friends and family to play boules in the shade of the trees, and a hammock for spectators to watch or fall asleep in.
