Olive Beach is a first floor 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in the heart of Javea Port.
Set within the lovely Jardínes del Sol I complex, the apartment has access to the large communal pool and gardens, and to a private underground parking space with remote control entry.
Please note that the apartment can be accessed from the parking space via the lift of stairs, but in order to access the pool and garden area you must walk outside the complex to the side entrance on Avenida del Furs. This is only a 2 to 3 minute paved walk.
Inside the apartment, the galley kitchen sits off the entrance hall and accesses the first of two outdoor balconies. The kitchen balcony looks out over the main road, towards the sea and sits above a number of popular restaurants and cafe's that line the buzzing Avenida.
The lovely, light filled lounge/diner leads onto the largest of the two balconies, with views over the garden and olive trees below. A covered outdoor dining area is the perfect place to eat alfresco, and there are a number of sunbeds and chairs for those looking to top up their tan. This is a wonderful space throughout the year and benefits from Winter Sun in the cooler months.
All three bedrooms have air-conditioning, built-in wardrobes and plenty of space. The master bedroom overlooks the garden, and has its own en-suite with walk-in shower, whilst the two front bedrooms look over the Avenida and share a family bathroom, with fitted bath/shower.

This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund.
2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes. Utility usage is payable on departure.
