A stunning, townhouse with magnificent pool area !
360 Estates welcomes you to Malta by offering this beautiful 4BR house of Character in our Quaint village of Zebbug.
Our home comes with a private, massive pool area with beautifully laid-out outside furniture. Also included is a nice BBQ!
The interior is also a masterpiece in space and equipment, with a massive living area with large SOFAS and TV and a dining area that could easily accommodate our guests. Did we also mention the fully equipped kitchen?
Included is 4BR - WIFI & AC
Air-Con and WIFI included.
Parking Space| Street parking space is easily found.
Living Spaces| Beautiful outdoor area with pool, deckchairs, table, and chairs, where all rooms including the living area overlook the pool area. Also a massive living/ kitchen area inside with sofas and TV and also a working desk space.
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, and utensils, everything a family or a group of friends would want to fix a wonderful meal.
Bedrooms| 4 full large bedrooms.
Linens| We all love a good night's sleep, all bedrooms will be equipped with high-end linens and quilts. We also provide 2 towels each for showering and towels for the pool area.
Bathrooms| 3 bathrooms some of the accessible for their ensuite.
Small note: The pool is cleaned weekly.
24/7 Access to all the amenities of the villa.

Welcome to our beautiful villa in Zebbug, one of the oldest and most charming towns in Malta! Located in the central region of the island, our villa is a great place to experience authentic Maltese culture and history.
The villa is situated in a quiet residential area, surrounded by traditional Maltese houses and narrow streets. The location is perfect for those who want to explore the town on foot and get a sense of the local community. You'll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby, as well as several historic landmarks, including the Parish Church of St. Philip and the Chapel of St. Roque.
Getting around Zebbug and the surrounding areas is easy with several transportation options available. The town has a bus station with frequent and affordable bus services to Valletta, Sliema, St. Julian's, and other popular destinations. Car rental is also an option, with several rental companies located in the area. Taxis are widely available, and walking is a great way to explore the town's attractions and get a sense of the local culture and history. Whether you prefer public transportation or exploring on foot, Zebbug is easy to navigate and full of exciting sights and attractions.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially with respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Check-ins are done by one of our team or by self check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
