Town: Yatton Keynell is a lovely, countryside village resting between Castle Combe and Chippenham, on the edge of the Cotswolds AONB, in Wiltshire. The historic village is mentioned in the Domesday book as “Getone” and hosts a vibrant community of local groups, businesses and amenities, making Yatton Keynell a sought-after location in the Heart of England. Dining options include The Bell Inn, taking its name from being opposite the church and dates back to the 17th-century, serving a diverse menu, whilst you can stock up on essentials at the village Post Office. Within easy reach of Yatton Keynell is the Chippenham Golf Centre and the picturesque village of Castle Combe, where you can dine at The Old Stables or visit the fabulous, 14th-century Manor House with parkland, a golf club and fine dining. Castle Combe woods is just one of the many scenic hiking areas through the picturesque hills and meadows of the Cotswolds. A popular well-being destination since the Roman times, the picture-perfect city of Bath is just a short drive away to tour The Roman Baths, one of the many museums, or the National Trust's Prior Park Landscape Garden, a romantic parkland overlooking the city.
