Garstang 2.3 miles. The Hamilton is a multi million pound development and is a grade 2 listed building which dates back to the 1600s. The development now consists of 6 high end luxury apartments in the main residence and three high end barn conversions to the courtyard. The majority of the original features have been kept and restored which was a high importance to the British Heritage Report. The living areas in this home consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double, a double with Smart TV and en-suite, and a twin with en-suite, serviced by a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed private patio with furniture and hot tub, a communal garden with lawned area, patio and furniture, and ample off-road parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.6 miles and a pub in 0.5 miles.
