About this property
Bezalel - Gutman Suite
A Gem in Jerusalem’s Center: Gutman Studio #1 with Gorgeous Balcony Vista
In the beating cultural heart of Jerusalem, this cozy, exquisite studio apartment with furnished balcony in our Bezalel 7/7 Sky Suite makes urban living a pure joy. Famed Israeli artist Nachum Gutman inspires this unit, and his colorful eclectic creations, especially distinctive mosaics on your studio’s walls. You’re high above the city’s commercial hub, its desirable neighborhoods, with delectable food and drink all around you. May you be inspired by Gutman’s legacy!
Ascend the elevator to the Seventh Floor and experience beauty and luxury in every detail. It’s a perfect nest for the solo traveler or couple who appreciates the finer things and value the fresh air and peaceful quiet of being up high, so you can be assured of a good night’s rest. Your balcony faces west, so indulge in a drink at sunset or, before you sleep, enjoy the shimmering lights of the city and under the stars gracing Jerusalem’s skies. Awaken to the splendor of a perfectly made espresso coffee while gazing over the red roofs and golden stone of Israel’s capital.
Your studio apartment is a well-crafted jewel of efficient design, making the most of its 18 square meters of living space, plus a generous five sqm balcony equipped with quality table and chairs. The entertainment setup is state of the art 55” smart TV equipped with Netflix, the top-drawer STINGTV premium cable package, and the ability to easily screen shows from your own devices. The WiFi is fast and ultra-reliable. A crisp and sophisticated premium audio system includes a sound bar and subwoofer, ready to connect by Bluetooth to your smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
The furniture is top notch. A queen-sized bed with a quality mattress for sound sleep. In addition to al fresco dining option on your gorgeous balcony, there’s a stylish counter along the wall with seating in two bar-style chairs. At your command is a new microwave and a dual induction cooktop, plus a Nespresso machine (with some free capsules) and an electric kettle.
The private bathroom and shower are sparkling clean, with sophisticated LED lighting controls. There’s also a glass shower door with a cool electric-controlled curtain for your privacy. We provide fluffy towels and spa-quality toiletries.
The location? Simply ideal. There are restaurants, street food, and stylish cafes all around you. And right below you, on the ground floor, is Nocturno, a local cultural and culinary institution: coffee-shop and delicious food by day, spectacular hang-out venue in the evenings. The Machane Yehuda fresh market is a 5-minute stroll away. So is the greenery of Independence Park. The ancient walls of the Old City are a pleasant 15-minute stroll or a 5-minute light rail ride away. You’re at the hub of public transport, so getting anywhere should be a snap.
Bezalel, in the Bible, was the chief artisan responsible for the holy tabernacle, in charge of building the Ark of the Covenant. Today Bezalel is also Israel’s premier art and design school, founded just steps away. The neighborhood is vibrant and young, a delightful counterpoint to the ancient and historic ethnic neighborhood which surround your luxury apartment complex. Bezalel 7/7 SkySuite is your haven and home away from home.
