The second floor apartment is in a Georgian grade 2 listed building so has beautiful large sash windows with lots of light and views over the front garden and pannett park to the side. one parking space which is suitable for a medium sized car.
Note: Please do not book this apartment if you have mobility issues due to the stairs and location.

Kitchen with undercounter fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and electric hob and oven with grill. All the usual kitchen utensils. Table and 4 chairs. Radio, Iron/table top iron board. Desk, monitor and spot light.
Lounge includes large two seater sofa(which converts into a double sofa bed with mattress/foam topper/feather topper). Second large two seater and large footstool.
Small otterman with bedding. Tv with dvd player and dvds. USB socket for device charging.

There are 5 apartments in the building and only 3 owners holiday let so you shouldn't have any disturbance however we do ask guests to keep noise levels to a normal level to respect the private homes.
