Guest Access:
Guests will have access to entire flat as well as the shared garden space, which has a grass tennis court, a kids' play area, and park benches. In the flat there will be tennis and table tennis equipment for guest use.

Getting Around:
Earl's Court Station: Underground (District and Piccadilly Lines). It is a 10 minute walk from the house.
Being on the Piccadilly Line you are just 40 minutes direct from Heathrow Airport, making getting there easier than ever!
Other Things to Note:
Please note the house is currently on the market, there may be viewing(s) during your stay. We will do our best to keep it to a minimum and any viewings will be done at a convenient time and a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. We will compensate £50 for each viewing.
Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays, and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.
Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.
If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.
We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.
Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.
Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in. Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.
