Nestled on a cliff at the entrance to the island's main port with spectacular 360 degree views.

This house which was originally designed by Erwin Broner, the German Bauhaus architect, is located on the upper 3 floors of the building, with a panoramic roof terrace, cantilevered stairs and balearic style kitchen & living area with panoramic sliding glass windows offering scenic views front to back

THE SPACE:

There are 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the first floor, a spacious living & dining room on the second floor with front to back views, from which cantilevered stairs lead up to the large roof terrace. From here there are unrestricted views of Ibiza Town, Formentera, Dalt Vila, Marina Botafoc, and Isla Planeta. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of storage space throughout the property.

You will have Ibiza Townhouse all to yourself.

You may check-in at any time of your choosing, as there is a secure key box outside the door. We will inform you of the code in the Welcome Guide after you make your booking.

Sandra, our professional property manager who has lived on the island for many years will have left your keys there, cleaned the property ahead of your arrival and arranged all bed linen and towels. If you require additional cleaning services during your stay, this may be arranged with her at an additional cost.
