Walking distance (and I really mean walking distance) to restaurants, shops, bars, galleries, and other attractions. 2 reserved off-street parking spots in a gated property (gate remotes provided at check-in). Private patio provides a quiet spot to relax and hang out with friends if prefer to stay in.

We love staying in the Garden District. Walking distance to everything: museums, The Quarter, zoo and fabulous food! Off street, gated parking is a huge plus!
Stayed at this place for the second time and enjoyed it very much. For us as a small family, the place has everything we need. We can't wait to come back!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The Magazine street location was great for shopping, dining, walking and public transportation. Apartment was spacious, secure and had everything we needed, including parking! Sam was a great host and alway quick to respond to message. Highly recommend this property and would book again.
Location great for walking to restaurants, shops, and bars on Magazine. Gated parking huge plus. Can be loud at night but expected due to being in the middle of everything. Was a repeat stay and would stay again.
My family had a wonderful 3 night stay here. The layout, amenities and location make this a great value and my family of five was very comfortable. The location in the heart of the Magazine Street area and off-street parking are of particular note. We will definitely be back!
We stayed for a long weekend. The location was good. I didn't realize this was a multiple unit location when I rented but it didn't cause a problem. The bars next door were more of an issue with noise late at night. I appreciated the gated parking. I didn't realize the bedrooms upstairs were not completely separated but it turned out OK. The unit was clean and had everything we needed.
Liked the off steet parking, lot accommodated my big sprinter van too. Clicker for gate stopped working but we were able to get another tenant to let us out
Enjoyed our stay, just a little confused on # of beds there twin bunks, 1 queen and one sleeper sofa. Very clean and really appreciated fenced parking would stay again.
The location of the apartment is terrific. Very walkable and lovely. Ample space. The kitchen is equipped well. It is a nice place to be central to anything you want to do, yet quiet for NOLA
Awesome location within walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants, and bars. Quick walk to St Charles streetcar. On site secure parking is great. Inside of unit was as advertised. There is nice backyard deck and upstairs balcony but most of the seating was not in usable condition. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.
Unit was all as advertised. Very well stocked with all the amenities to make our stay memorable. Quaint neighborhood very near downtown with excellent security. Would enjoy staying here again when in New Orleans.
