The space
I'm very excited to welcome guests to my modern house only a 7 minute drive from Newcastle City Centre. I hope it will form the beginning of a enjoyable stay in this stunning part of the UK. My home forms part of a modern estate just North of the river Tyne. It has been thoroughly furnished and I have added quirky features to the property making some great spaces for some memorable photographs.
My property sleeps up to 10 guests, two large bedrooms both containing two double beds and a third bedroom containing a double bed. It is located 2.2 miles from Newcastle City Centre. You can walk into the city, however, there are great bus routes or reasonable taxis companies available should you prefer.
Ground Floor
When you enter the property you will be greeted by a hallway space which provides access to a downstairs toilet. To the right will be a doorway leading into the living space with large sofas available and a large wall mounted TV. The kitchen / dining area will also be found on the ground floor. This is at the rear of the property with large bench space and mini bar style area.
First Floor
On the first floor you will find the first two guest bedrooms, one with two double beds and the other with one double bed.
Second Floor
The second floor contains the second guest bedroom also containing two double beds. This bedroom contains a modern bathroom area for guests.
Outside Space
A great feature of this home is the variety of outside space available. On the ground floor is a private fenced garden space to enjoy. Accessible from the first floor is a stunning terrace area with a comfortable seating available to relax in. The second floor gives access to a second terraced space with additional seating available for guests.
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there are a range of local shops and supermarkets in the area you can purchase more.
Guest access
Guests have access to all areas of the property.
Other things to note
Please put rubbish in the bin bags provided. Bins are located underneath the balcony area to the left of the front door. Bin collection is Friday.
Please leave any pets at home. I am a great Pet lover but the property is not best suited to dogs coming to stay.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
