Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. This little bit of glamping sits overlooking its namesake, the Bechan Brook. When you arrive, you’ll walk over the footbridge to see the hut and the beautiful private patio overlooking the brook. Inside, the hut feels spacious and plush, with a double bed at one end, a dining and kitchen area with a lovely log burner to keep you cosy the other end, plus a shower room.
The small village of Bettws Cedewain is quaint and peaceful making this a perfect spot for a relaxing break in mid Wales. This lovely shepherd’s hut is ideal for a short break away and although nestled within the owners’ gardens, you’ll have all the space you need to relax and enjoy the beautiful space. It is perfectly set up with all the essentials for a relaxing break, plus you’ll find a lovely country pub and local shop in the village.
The picturesque village of Bettws Cedewain is just 5 miles from the town of Newtown, this area is perfect for those looking to enjoy the countryside and see some of Wales’s history. From prehistoric forts to charming castles and majestic mountains, the heritage and landscape of mid Wales is impressive. There are plenty of outdoor activities to get stuck into, and the central location lends itself well to exploring more of Wales with Eyriri National Park (Snowdonia), just an hour away and even over the border to the Shropshire Hills of England.
