This 1 bedroom apartment with superb views is located on The Heights complex in the very popular resort of Los Cristianos. The apartment is very airy and is well equipped for a self catering get away including free WIFI. There is a lounge, kitchen area and a balcony to relax and unwind after a day of exploring, sunbathing or whatever takes your fancy. Within a 10 minute walk there are lots of bars and restaurants which cater for most tastes with many late night entertainment bars local too.

All our contact details are in the apartment should you need them but otherwise we leave you to enjoy your holiday.
If you are staying for more than 7 nights, our staff will enter the property to change your bed linen and towels. If you do not wish this service - please contact the office to confirm.

The complex is a quiet residential complex set away from the main resort area.
There is a steep incline as soon as you enter the complex and a lot of property levels (with lifts).
This property is on C block which means 3 lifts before you arrive at the accommodation.
Noise on balconies and terraces is discouraged after 11pm every evening.

There is a slope to enter the complex and then take are 3 lifts in succession to access the property - the complex is also high up on the hillside.
First lift (next to apartment A106) go to floor 3
Walk in front of you to block b
Enter block b to the left and take the lift to the 4th floor
Walk in front of you to block C, take the lift to the 5th floor along to the right is C513

If sunbathing is your pleasure then there is a pool and a pool bar on the complex or some of the best beaches Tenerife has to offer are 10-15 minutes walk away. The Island boasts 2 of the top water parks in the world and free buses are available from the local shopping centre.

Please note we request a non refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking. The balance payment will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Also we add 150€ as a security deposit in case of damage, which is refundable minus damages 7 days after check out
