This apartment is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator and has the perfect capacity for 8 people.
It has three beautiful bedrooms, each with a very comfortable double bed, and two comfortable bathrooms with shower.
The cozy living room shares the area with the dining room, which has a table for 6 diners. The living room features a double sofa bed and a modern SmartTV.
The kitchen, integrated with the living room, features a modern design and is fully equipped with all necessary appliances.
The apartment has air conditioning with a heat pump (heating) in all rooms.
This apartment does not have private parking, you can find a public parking lot a short distance from the apartment.
The building is undergoing renovation work inside.

The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
