Great, spacious holiday home just 300 meters from the Oslo fjord and a beach with diving board, floating jetty and rocks. Boat for rent, possible to fish mackerel and trout. The house is large with two kitchens and is well suited for parties, as it can cater for up to 40 guests. On the ground floor there is a large and well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a small TV room with access to the lovely garden. In the other part of the ground floor, there is a bathroom with toilet, double shower and bathtub. In addition, there is a small room with wc and sink. One large room with several seating areas, a kitchen bench with sink, dishwasher and cutlery. Here, you can cater for parties. Double glass doors opens to a decking with several seating areas. Gas grill and fire pit available. There is a loft that sleeps 3-4 people. On the first floor, there are 5 bedrooms; two with double beds, one with a 120 cm bed and two with single beds. Bathroom with wc, shower, washing machine, and dryer. Large loft living room with TV. The holiday home is surrounded by a large plot with plenty of play space and a trampoline, sandbox, and swings. At the end of the plot, there are two small houses, one with guinea pigs and one with chickens. It is allowed to greet the animals, but as they are fed 1-2 times a week, please do not feed them. There is an annex on the plot with a permanent tenant, with entrance at the back and a patio on the other side. Bevø camping is 1.5 km away and can offer outdoor dining, a food truck, playgrounds, and a beach. There are great hiking opportunities and coastal paths in the area. Here you can experience seeing deer, moose, hares, and owls. A short drive to the Old Town in Fredrikstad is well worth a visit with its small, pleasant shops, galleries, and museum. In Fredrikstad, you can sit at one of the restaurants by the water and enjoy good food and drink.
