Our apartment is thoughtfully equipped for your stay—Smart TV, bed linens, and bath towels are all provided at no extra cost. We also welcome long-term stays, making it an ideal home base for remote workers and business travelers. To help maintain a safe, respectful, and pleasant environment for all guests and neighbors, please take a moment to review and follow the house guidelines below:

1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process.

2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.

3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.

4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.

5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.

6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.

7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.

8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.

9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.

10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.

11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.

12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.

13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

We had a good time
We really enjoyed our stay. Our favorite part was the balcony overlooking the creek, which stayed dry even in the rain due to its cover. The listing is accurate, featuring nice furnishings and a well-appointed kitchen. However, I disagree with the description of this as a 'luxury' property. The provided shampoo and soap were in cheap packets and bars. Additionally, there was no welcome binder with info on local activities and grocery stores. When I contacted the property management, they said they would consider adding this in the future but did not provide any grocery store information, so we didn't buy any groceries. We tried looking on Google but couldn't find anything nearby. Fortunately, we were only there for 3 nights and ate out. The condo is within walking distance to the Les Rives restaurant and bars district in Clausen, which was fun and convenient for watching the EuroCup. The area is very safe to walk around in. One major issue was the laundry machine. Despite the provided video instructions, the all-in-one unit failed to dry our clothes after HOURS. We had to use the drying rack, which was likely there due to similar complaints from previous guests. I gave the place a 5-star rating for its nice location & building. However, it felt sterile and basic. A few thoughtful touches, like information on nearby bus stops, would improve the experience. We got lost trying to find the right bus to the train station, but exploring the city turned out to be an adventure!
