This beautifully designed and nicely furnished villa is the perfect group accommodation. The spacious living room with flueless fireplace and complete kitchen diner with large dining table are great places to gather and spend time together. But if you want some time alone, you can make yourself comfortable in the TV room, which can be closed off with a sliding door. The accommodation is furnished with high-quality furniture and a keen eye for detail. Take for example the kitchen: it's equipped with a dishwasher, oven/microwave, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, washing machine, dryer and not just one, but two fridges.

On the first floor, you'll find three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and smart TV. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a wonderful sun shower. Two more guests can sleep in the cupboard bed on the landing.

You can moor your own or rented boat immediately outside the wonderful, spacious waterfront terrace. This terrace can be accessed via the patio door in the living room and it's furnished with a large dining table, comfortable lounge set and two loungers. Such luxury!
