Find us at our Downtown Balcony Apartment, a spacious apartment on Rua Mártires da Liberdade, a street full of history.
Well-located, this apartment is ideal for families, couples, friends on vacation, or professionals traveling for work. It is situated in a traditional Portuguese building featuring beautiful blue and white tiles on the interior—an iconic characteristic of Portugal.
The Space:
In the apartment, you will find a cozy living room with a spacious terrace and outdoor furniture; an entry hall with a dining area; a comfortable double bedroom with a winter balcony facing the back of the building; a well-equipped kitchen; and a bathroom with all the necessary amenities for your stay.
We must also highlight the second double bedroom, which features a balcony overlooking the neighborhood. This room can be accessed via a charming spiral staircase or from the building’s 4th floor.
The apartment is equipped with three air-conditioning units—one in the living room and one in each double bedroom.
For your convenience, the apartment also includes a dishwasher, fan, electric radiators, air conditioning (in the upper bedroom), a Smart TV with a cable box, and Wi-Fi.

Rua Mártires da Liberdade is one of the most iconic streets in our city. Located in the heart of the historic center, it is known for its architectural beauty and historical significance. The street is named in honor of the martyrs who fought for freedom in our country.
Around Rua Mártires da Liberdade, visitors can enjoy a variety of activities. One option is to explore the nearby museums, such as the City History Museum and the Contemporary Art Museum, which house fascinating collections and temporary exhibitions by renowned artists. For food lovers, the street and its surroundings offer a wide range of restaurants, cafés, and bars. Here, you can savor typical regional dishes like Porto's traditional Francesinha, as well as experience international cuisines.
Additionally, this street is strategically located near other major tourist attractions in the city. Just a few minutes' walk away, you will find Avenida dos Aliados, Rua de Santa Catarina, Livraria Lello, Torre dos Clérigos, São Bento Station, Rua das Flores, and many other highlights.
The availability of public transportation options in the area makes it easy to get around without relying on private vehicles. The Trindade or Aliados metro stations are just a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of 200 euros will be applied.
If you would like a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the scheduled check-out time, without prior authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.
If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s intervention to open the door, there will be a 40€ fee after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon request.
To make Porto even more attractive, a municipal tourist tax has been implemented.
The fee of €2.00, included in the stay price, applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a cost limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the extra cost will be covered by the guest.
The tenant agrees to allow the host’s staff to enter the apartment whenever necessary for inspection purposes, with monthly visits expected.
We offer a transfer service that will take you directly to the apartment! You just need to request it!
You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast service, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request!
