Some of the bedrooms are exterior and others are interior, in any case it is a very bright and quiet apartment.The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances: oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, plates, cutlery glasses, kitchen utensils...

It is located in a historic building, in a quiet area, next to Jardín de Las Vistillas, the best place to watch a sunset with the country house in the background. A 5-minute walk from the apartment you will find the Almudena Cathedral and the Royal Palace. The neighborhood of La Latina is the place par excellence where the people of Madrid go to enjoy their terraces and tapas and they find themselves. only 5 minutes walking.
